Long rope with two handlers – one at either end.
Have as many people in the middle as you wish, but you may want to only have 3 at a time in the middle to start off with. As you jump repeat the rhyme and do appropriate actions suggested in the rhyme.

1……2……3……4……5……6….. (count on each skip. Next person jumps after 6)
