Arrange all participants in a circle with the thrower in the middle. Throw the ball to each player in turn with instruction to either catch the ball or head it back, as you throw the ball to them. BUT they have to complete the opposite.
e.g. If they are told “Head the ball”, they have to catch it, and “catch the ball”, they have to head it.
Players that get it wrong have to sit down. As the game gathers momentum, start passing to individuals at random until you have a winner.
