You need:
Balloon for each team with spares for accidents.
Fun relay race often seen at parties. Using their knees to grip the balloon, teams have to pass the balloon from one team member to the next. No hands! Last person inline to get the balloon runs to the front with it and starts the passing again. Race continues until everybody has started at the front.
If you want to be mean, players have to run to the front also with the balloon between their knees 🙂
